Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery. Items must be in original condition: unused, unwashed, and with tags attached.

Our return & exchange process is designed to be simple and hassle-free. Just email us at contact@houseoforigin.ae with your request, and we’ll arrange for our courier to pick up the item from your location at no additional cost.

A receipt or proof of purchase is required to process your return.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, you will be notified by email confirming its arrival and the status of your refund request. If your return is approved, we will initiate the refund process, and you will receive a confirmation along with a reference ID.

Refunds are processed to your original method of payment. It typically takes 8–10 working days for the amount to reflect in your account. This timeline applies to all payment methods.

Please note: Taxes, customs duties, and original shipping fees are non-refundable. Only the value of the returned item will be refunded.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received your refund yet, we recommend the following steps:

  • Recheck your bank account.
  • Contact your credit card provider — it may take some time before the refund is officially posted.
  • Contact your bank — processing times can vary depending on the institution.
